This Privacy Policy describes how Caliber Bezel ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from caliberbezel.com (the "Site").

Order Information. When you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details (payment card data is processed directly by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers). We refer to this information as "Order Information."
When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information and Order Information.

We use Order Information to:
- Fulfill orders placed through the Site, including processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations

- Screen orders for potential risk or fraud, which is especially important given the high value of our products

We use Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and to improve and optimize the Site (for example, by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
3. Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with select third parties to help us provide our services to you:

- Payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) to securely process your payment
- Shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver your order

- Advertising and marketing partners (e.g., Meta/Facebook Pixel, email marketing platforms) to deliver relevant advertising and communications, where permitted

We do not sell your Personal Information for monetary consideration. However, some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" or "share" broadly to include certain advertising activities, such as the use of cookies for interest-based advertising. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Caliber Bezel is operated from Canada. If you are located in the United States or elsewhere, your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws that differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Information. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant, encrypted third-party payment processors, and is never stored on our own servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is posted.
