Welcome to Caliber Bezel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of caliberbezel.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks, and may be adapted to meet technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on the Site is not accurate, complete, or current. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes; due to variations in monitors, lighting, and photography, actual colors and finishes may differ slightly from what is shown. Material on the Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making purchasing decisions without consulting more current sources of information.

4. Products and Authenticity

We stand behind the authenticity of every timepiece we sell. All watches offered on the Site are guaranteed genuine and are sourced through legitimate, authorized channels. Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be limited in quantity; we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, discontinue any product at any time, and limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the respective watch manufacturer and are separate from, and in addition to, any rights you have under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Order Acceptance, Pricing, and High-Value Order Verification

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Given the value of our products, we may, at our discretion, require additional identity verification, signature-required delivery, or other security measures before processing or shipping high-value orders. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may include materials or link to third-party websites, services, or tools that are not owned or controlled by Caliber Bezel. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Any use of optional third-party tools offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk.

If you submit comments, reviews, ideas, or other materials to us ("Comments"), you agree that we may, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use any Comments you forward to us, and that you will not use false email addresses, impersonate any person, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Comments.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the Caliber Bezel name and branding, is the property of Caliber Bezel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Site and all products delivered to you are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Caliber Bezel, its owner, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caliber Bezel and its owner, affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Caliber Bezel regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the laws of your state of residence.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
